Michael Dugan has been a member of the Writer’s Guild of America (WGA) since 1984. His first network television programs included the popular soap operas: "General Hospital", "Loving", "Santa Barbara", and "Days of Our Lives". He wrote and directed 20-episodes of the Disney Channel’s long-running children’s show "Mousercise".
He wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning feature film comedy, "Raging Hormones", that ran on HBO and Cinemax, and is still streaming on Amazon, YouTube and several other channels. It won the awards for "Best Comedy", "Best SoundTrack", and "Audience Appreciation" at the New York Independent Film Festival, and Michael won the award for "Best Director" at the same competition.
